1. Independent Service Providers

All artisans listed on Oruakahubs are independent individuals or businesses.
Oruakahubs does not:

  • employ artisans

  • supervise artisans

  • control artisan pricing

  • guarantee artisan availability

  • guarantee quality of service


2. No Responsibility for Job Outcomes

Oruakahubs is not responsible for:

  • job performance

  • delays

  • unfinished work

  • pricing disputes

  • poor workmanship

  • damages to property

  • injuries

  • theft or misconduct

  • disagreements during or after service delivery


3. No Payment Responsibility

Oruakahubs is not a payment agent unless explicitly stated.

We do not:

  • collect payments on behalf of artisans

  • guarantee refunds

  • enforce payment terms between parties

All payments and agreements are strictly between the Client and Artisan.


4. Verification Disclaimer

Where artisans have verification badges, it only means certain details may have been checked at the time of verification. It does not guarantee:

  • future performance

  • honesty in every transaction

  • quality of work

  • skill level


5. Third Party Links & Communication

Oruakahubs may include:

  • WhatsApp links

  • phone call buttons

  • external social media pages

We are not responsible for any third-party platform activity.


6. User Responsibility

Users are advised to:

  • verify artisan identity

  • agree job scope and price before payment

  • keep proof of transactions

  • prioritize safety and avoid risky situations


7. Limitation of Liability

By using Oruakahubs, you agree that Oruakahubs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • use of the platform

  • reliance on listings

  • interactions between clients and artisans

4) HOW ISSUES / DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED (Detailed)

Dispute Resolution & Issue Handling

At Oruakahubs, we take complaints seriously and aim to maintain a safe platform. However, we are not a party to agreements between clients and artisans.


1. First Step: Direct Resolution

Clients and artisans should first attempt to resolve issues directly by:

  • reviewing job agreements

  • confirming payment details

  • agreeing on corrective actions (refund, rework, completion)


2. Reporting a Complaint to Oruakahubs

If direct resolution fails, users may report an issue to Oruakahubs via:

The report should include:

  • names of both parties

  • date of job agreement

  • description of issue

  • screenshots of chats

  • receipts/proof of payment

  • photos/videos (if applicable)


3. What Oruakahubs Can Do

Oruakahubs may:

  • review evidence submitted

  • contact both parties for clarification

  • issue warnings

  • suspend or ban an artisan or client

  • remove listings

  • mark artisan as “under review”


4. What Oruakahubs Cannot Do

Oruakahubs cannot:

  • force an artisan to refund money

  • force a client to pay

  • guarantee job completion

  • act as a court or law enforcement body

  • recover stolen property or money


5. Fraud & Criminal Cases

If fraud, theft, assault, or criminal misconduct is suspected:

  • we encourage the victim to report to the police immediately

  • Oruakahubs may cooperate with lawful investigations if properly requested by authorities


6. Final Decision

Oruakahubs reserves the right to take internal action on accounts based on:

  • repeated complaints

  • verified misconduct

  • breach of Terms

Our platform decisions (warnings, suspensions, bans) are final for platform usage.
