These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of Oruakahub (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
“Platform” means Oruakahubs website, tools, features, and services.
“Client” means any user seeking artisans/services.
“Artisan” means any independent service provider listed on the Platform.
“User” means any person using the Platform.
Oruakahubs is a listing and connection platform that allows Clients to find and contact independent Artisans.
We do not employ artisans, manage their work, supervise jobs, or handle payments unless explicitly stated.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Oruakahubs.
By using the Platform, you confirm you are legally capable of entering agreements.
You agree to:
provide accurate information
keep your login details confidential
notify us of unauthorized access
We may suspend accounts that:
provide false information
engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, or illegal activity
violate these Terms
Artisans are responsible for:
accuracy of profile information
quality of services
compliance with applicable laws
pricing and negotiation terms
Oruakahubs may:
edit, reject, or remove listings that violate policies
suspend artisans with repeated complaints
Clients are responsible for:
verifying artisan identity and competence
agreeing job terms before payment
keeping records of agreements and receipts
ensuring a safe work environment for artisans
Unless explicitly stated, Oruakahub does not handle payments.
All agreements, payments, job schedules, and outcomes are strictly between:
Client and Artisan
We are not responsible for:
refunds
incomplete work
overcharging
poor service
damages
theft or misconduct
You must not:
post false or misleading information
impersonate any person
scam or defraud others
use the Platform for illegal activities
harass, threaten, or abuse others
spam artisans/clients
upload harmful content or viruses
attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Platform
Users must communicate respectfully.
We may monitor or review messages when:
investigating complaints
preventing fraud
enforcing rules
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abusive messaging.
Reviews must be:
truthful
based on real experiences
free of hate speech, threats, or defamation
Oruakahub may remove reviews that violate policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:
Terms are violated
illegal activity is suspected
repeated complaints are received
Users may delete their account by contacting support.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Oruakahubs is not liable for:
losses, injuries, damages, or disputes arising from artisan services
payment issues between clients and artisans
inaccurate listing information
third-party conduct
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oruakahub and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
your use of the Platform
your breach of these Terms
disputes with other users
All content and branding belonging to Oruakahubs (logos, text, layout, design) may not be copied without written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
